Direct Primary Care Management

At Florida Primary Care Center, with Direct Primary Care Management, we keep health care simple: just you and your care team—no copays, deductibles, or insurance hassles.

 

A single monthly membership fee covers unlimited direct primary care visits, same- or next-day appointments, virtual care, wellness services, wholesale lab pricing, and in the event of an emergency, you have 24/7 access to your physician via phone, portal, or text.

We offer discounts for groups of two or more members that do not qualify for the “24 or younger with parent member” pricing*:

  • 5% off for two members

  • 10% off for three to six members

  • 15% off for seven or more members

  • Outside imaging (MRI, CT, etc.) and specialty referrals

  • Vaccines and Prescription Medication (billed at cost)

  • Pharmacy-dispensed medications

  • Non-routine labs sent to outside reference labs (billed at cost)

  • Costs associated with hospitalizations or ER visits

  • Class II Medication Prescriptions

  • Medical Marijuana Recommendations (Provided at Discount)

How to Join:

  1. Learn how DPC works and decide if it’s right for you.

  2. Complete enrollment forms. We’ll collect medical history and consent paperwork online.

  3. Pay the $100 enrollment fee. This activates your membership through your first month.

  4. Choose a start date. We’ll schedule your comprehensive initial visit (60 min).

  5. Enjoy unlimited care. Book visits as often as you need online.
